We have a 30 Day Returns Policy.
Once you have received your product, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund, excluding postage, as long as the product has not been used and in it's original packaging.
What are the details?
Your unused item must be sent back to us within 30 days of you receiving it. The item must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for hoops that have been scuffed or damaged.
Only our regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
The cost of postage to return the items is at the buyer's expense.
Once the item has been verified on the terms of the 30 day return policy you will receive notification via email on the status of your refund request and return payment will be arranged.
My hoop is broken - Help?
It does happen sometimes!
If your hoop is faulty or damaged, please contact with a photo and we will assess whether we can repair it for you.
If your item was faulty and damaged within a reasonable period of time, we will repair and return to you. Otherwise, cost of repair for wear and tear will be calculated on a case by case basis.
