We have a 30 Day Returns Policy.
Once you have received your product, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund, excluding postage, as long as the product has not been used and in it's original packaging.
What are the details?
Your unused item must be sent back to us within 30 days of you receiving it. The item must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for hoops that have been scuffed or damaged.
Only our regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
The cost of postage to return the items is at the buyer's expense.
Once the item has been verified on the terms of the 30 day return policy you will receive notification via email on the status of your refund request and return payment will be arranged.
My hoop broke...
It does happen sometimes!
If your hoop breaks, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and we will assess whether we can fix it for you or not.
If your item was delivered faulty or damaged and we are notified within a reasonable period of time, we will repair and return to you. If we are notified outside the 30-day window, the cost of repair will be calculated on a case by case basis.
