Shipping Information

Where are we located?

 

The head office of Hula Hoop Brisbane is located in Ipswich, Australia, just outside of Brisbane. We don't have a physical shop, our shop is online. We can offer free local pick up from Ipswich otherwise standard or express shipping.

All our hula hoops are handmade in-house and we use Australian-made materials. We do not use any materials from overseas because we want to support local Australian businesses.
 

Since our product is handmade, depending on demand, our hula hoops can vary in making times.

We aim to have made and shipped all orders within 1-3 business days of the order being confirmed. If there is a longer delay you will be notified by email.

We are a small business and hand-make all hula hoops so unfortunately we can't offer same-day shipping.

Please be aware that hoop-making time (1-3 business days) is additional to the shipping time.

We ship with Australia Post.

• Standard Parcel Post (3-5 business days)

• Express Post (1-2 business days to major metro and regional population centres)

Delivery Process

​

Hula hoop orders will be shipped during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If there is an unavoidable delay in processing your order, you will be contacted via phone or email with details of the estimated time of arrival and the option to cancel the order if this does not suit you.

You will be sent a confirmation of your order via email and provided with a tracking number that you can monitor via the Australia Post website.

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and/or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services.
